WeRunAds is a 100% remote company based in Romania with sister agencies in Norway and Ukraina. Being 100% remote means that we are working a bit different than our traditional competitors.
Freedom and flexibility\
Spread across 2 time zones in multiple cities in Europe, we sign into Basecamp and open up your assigned project. We communicate with the rest of the team, solve tickets, take care of our clients and take ownership of our work.

You start your role with an immersive remote onboarding experience to learn about our strategies, culture, and business. Then meet your clients that you will help to grow and your management team to pick up new skills and tools.

How we hire
We have a non-standard application process. We ask you to answer a few questions in an online form that directly address your qualifications for the role.
The hiring team reviews applications based on a job-specific rubric. Our interview process varies by role; your recruiter will share what the rest of the interview process will entail on your first video call.
You’ll hear from us throughout the application process. We have made a commitment to applicants that we will be in touch with them at least once per week while they are going through the hiring process.

We are looking for a Media buyer / Account Manager with 3-5 years experience in Facebook and Google Ads Management. The job will be to help our clients to grow and later on be a team lead for our organization, helping your team mates to grow and report back to management.
Junior Media Buyer / Account Manager
We are looking for a new media buyer / Account Manager with 1-3 years of experience in Facebook and Google Ads Management. You don't need to be an expert, but you need to know your way around the tools. We will teach you everything you need to succeed as a media buyer and you will have your own clients to help them succeed.
